La tarde-noche del d\u00eda de ayer, se llev\u00f3 a cabo con gran entusiasmo el 7mo Concurso de Carros Aleg\u00f3ricos, donde nuestro Presidente Municipal Rub\u00e9n Hern\u00e1ndez, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de su esposa y presidenta del Patronato del SMDIF, Ceci Ugalde, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de regidores municipales, reconocieron la creatividad y esfuerzo de todas y todos los
